Returns Policy

At Fazo Store we think it is important that you are satisfied with your order. That's why you have 15 days reflection period from the moment your order is received.

Register a return

Do you want to return a product? Then take within 15 days of receipt contact us via:

Please state your name here order number and which product you want to return. After receiving your request, you will receive further return instructions.

Return conditions

A product can be returned when:

• The return will be registered within 15 days of receipt.
• The product, as far as reasonably possible, unused and in original condition is.
• The product is returned complete.
• The product, if applicable, is returned in the original packaging.
• The product is carefully packaged to prevent damage during return shipment.

For certain products, the right of withdrawal may be excluded if the product is not suitable for return due to hygiene or health after the seal has been broken.

Return costs

The Return costs are borne by the customer.

We recommend sending your return with Track & Trace and keep the shipping receipt until the return has been fully processed.

Refund

As soon as we have received and checked your return, the amount you are entitled to will be refunded via same payment method with which the order was paid.

In the event of a full return, the original amount paid will also be refunded standard shipping costs refunded. Any additional charges for a more expensive shipping method will not be refunded.

The refund will take place within the legal period after the return has been processed.

Received a damaged or incorrect product?

Have you received a damaged, defective or incorrect product? Please contact us as soon as possible via sservice-fazostore@outlook.com, preferably before returning the product.

Please mention order number and include photos of the product and packaging if possible. We will review the situation and help you with a suitable solution.
