Terms & Conditions

These terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements of FazoStore.

Article 1 – Identity of the Seller

Article 2 – Applicability

These terms apply to every offer from FazoStore and to every distance agreement concluded between FazoStore and the consumer.

Article 3 – The Offer

Every offer contains sufficient information so that the consumer is clearly aware of the rights and obligations associated with accepting the offer. All prices include VAT.

Article 4 – The Agreement

The agreement is concluded at the moment the consumer accepts the offer and meets the conditions set. FazoStore will confirm receipt of the acceptance electronically.

Article 5 – Right of Withdrawal

The consumer has the right to withdraw from the agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day the consumer receives the product.

Article 6 – Delivery

FazoStore will ship orders within 2 to 3 business days. The expected delivery time after shipping is 3 to 4 business days. FazoStore is not liable for delays caused by the delivery service.

Article 7 – Payment

Payment must be made when placing the order via the available payment methods. FazoStore uses a secure payment environment.

Article 8 – Complaints

Complaints about the execution of the agreement must be submitted to FazoStore fully and clearly within a reasonable time via the contact page. FazoStore aims to respond to complaints within 14 days.

Article 9 – Applicable Law

Dutch law exclusively applies to agreements between FazoStore and the consumer.
