At FazoStore, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy below.

Return Period

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.

Return Conditions

• The item is unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
• The item is in its original packaging with all tags still attached.
• The item has not been used or washed.

How to Return?

1. Send an email to our customer service with your order number and reason for return.
2. You will receive a confirmation and return instructions within 2 business days.
3. Send the item to the provided address.
4. After receiving and inspecting the item, you will receive your refund within 5–7 business days.

Return Costs

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.

Exceptions

Swimwear and underwear cannot be returned for hygiene reasons, unless the hygiene seal is still intact.
